Stress and wellbeing surveys

Absenteeism can have a very detrimental effect on any business with customers left frustrated if there are not enough front of house staff to deliver a service, if a product is late or if a service or product is not up to standard because a key individual is off on long term sick.

Some pressure is often good for employees reinforcing the belief of a good days work and a sense of achievement, but if other elements of the organisation are not right (management culture, incentivisation etc) then this can lead to stress. 

Employers have a duty of care for their staff in the workplace but personal issues can also be brought into the workplace increasing friction and leading to stress and unhelpful tension in the workplace. 

As with other surveys we would talk to you about the concerns within the company and their indicators, our aim is to then create a survey that not only gives the company an indication of health issues within an organisation, but also asks how they have responded to any issue (are line managers aware etc) so that while we do not provide any information on who has a health issue or potential health problem they are guided to seek support from the company or third party (the NHS, Citizens Advice bureau or specialist charity).

Companies that care for their employees will be more likely to retain staff and we would work with your marketing team to ensure that this message was underlined externally to help with enhancing the reputation of your business.
